User Feedback for DXA's response

Continuous improvement of your Domain-Expert Agents is essential for maintaining high performance and user satisfaction. DXA Factory provides comprehensive tools to monitor, evaluate, and refine your agents based on actual user interactions.

Managing User Feedback

User feedback is automatically collected through a simple thumbs-up/thumbs-down rating system that appears after each DXA response. This feedback provides valuable insight into your agent's performance and highlights areas for improvement.

User can rate the response as good or bad while interacting with the agent

To view user feedback:

  1. Navigate to an agent and click “Manage Agent”.

  2. Select the "User Feedback" tab

  3. View categorized responses (Good Responses / Bad Responses)

Manage Good Responses

Responses that receive thumbs-up ratings from users represent potential "gold standard" answers that can enhance your agent's performance.

You can:

  • Approve a good response: your agent will recognize similar questions in the future and provide the exact same approved answer rather than generating a new response to ensure consistency.

  • Decline a good response: The agent will continue generating responses based on its existing knowledge without prioritizing this pattern.

Manage Bad Responses

Responses that receive thumbs-down ratings highlight improvement opportunities and allow you to provide corrective guidance.

View Bad Responses reported by user

For each bad response, you can:

  • Review the conversation to understand what aspect of the response failed to meet user expectations.

  • Click on the response to access the correction interface.

  • Use the "Expected Answer" field to create the ideal response for this specific query type.

  • Click “Add Expected Answer” to submit your correction, which will be immediately applied to future similar queries
