Assign Knowledge Sources to Your DXAs

Knowledge sources become powerful when connected to your Domain-Expert Agents:

After DXA Creation:

  • Once your DXA is ready, Click “Add Knowledge Sources”

  • Select relevant knowledge from your library to assign it to the agent

  • Click Save & Finish. Your DXA will be trained with newly assigned sources. This process may take a while before the agent is ready.

Click “Add Knowledge Sources” once your DXA is ready to add knowledge sources for the agent.

For Existing DXAs:

  1. Navigate to the Agent you want to assign knowledge sources

  2. Click "Manage Agent"

  3. Go to the "Agent Knowledge" tab and select Assigned Sources

  4. Browse or search for knowledge sources to add to the agent

  5. Save your changes

Click “Manage Agent” on the top right corner

Navigate to “Agent Knowledge”, select “Assigned Sources”

After saving, your DXA will train with the new sources. The agent will be unavailable during training, with larger sources taking longer to process. Once complete, your DXA will immediately use this new knowledge in its responses.
